Bang Bang Cauliflower & Broccoli Salad

Ingredients: 

2g Mixed Cress

60g Cauliflower

30g White Closed Cup Mushrooms

15g Carrots

15g Courgette

5g Sliced Red Onion

15g Hand Cabbage Picked & Washed

1g Herb Parsley Flat Leaf Bunch

15g Lettuce Gem Little Premium

20g Cooked Barley

Arrange all the ingredients in the poke bowl with the hot bang bang cauliflower, drizzle the spicy mayo on top of the cauliflower , and serve.

Ingredients for the Bang Bang Batter

  • 60g Flour

  • 5g Cornflour

  • 3g Garlic Rapeseed Oil

  • 2g Salt

  • 1g White Pepper

  • 2ml Chilli Rapeseed Oil

  • 45ml Chilled Water

  • 60gm Fresh Breadcrumbs.

  • Oil for frying

Pour the Breadcrumbs onto a flat plate.

Into a bowl, mix all the other ingredients together to form the batter, Immerse the cooked Cauliflower into the batter, then remove them one by one and roll into the Panko Crumbs.

Fry into the oil until golden brown.

Ingredients for the Bang Bang Mayonnaise

  • 100ml Plain mayonnaise.

  • 5ml chilli Red Rapeseed oil sauce.

  • 5g. Honey.

Whisk all the ingredients together, pour into a squeeze bottle, ready to use on the Cauliflower
