Young chefs from across the Highlands of Scotland are invited to enter the Master Chefs of Great Britain’s
Scottish Highland Chef
Take on the challenge
The competition menu, with a time limit of 2 ½ hours, will showcase the creative talent of each participant and must include Scottish produce with a starter of hand dived scallops, a main of venison and a dessert featuring the bounty of seasonal berries.
Open to anyone over the age of 18.

SCOTTISH HIGHLAND CHEF WINNERS 2024
The prizes were presented by Steven Doherty, George McIvor and their fellow judges. The Winner, Iain Tennant received a cash prize of £500 and Stages in both The Corinthian and Restaurant Andrew Fairlie. The Most Promising, Hayley Bruce, received a cash prize of £250 and a stage in Unalome.
