Career Highlights:
I have been lucky enough to have been involved in many major and smaller events, Favourites being Royal Ascot, Rugby World Cup in Paris and London, Commonwealth games Glasgow 2014, 9 Open Golf Championships and probably my favourite job supporting Jardin Blanc Hospitality at RHS Chelsea flower show with the Sodexo and Raymond Blanc’s Belmond Le Manoir Team, Achieving 3 AA Rosettes

No real favourites, I love seafood of all types, offal another favourite

What do you do to relax:
Golf, Art and Antiques, Gardening, Wine and food, family time!

Anywhere sunny beside the sea with great food and wine!!

Last Supper Dishes:
Starter: Pork Brawn, gherkins, Dijon mustard, sourdough bread
Main: Roast Chicken, stuffing, roast potatoes and roots, greens and gravy
Dessert: Apple tart tatin, cream

Heston Blumenthal, I have cooked for him but never managed to eat at his restaurants.
